WHAT IS COCONUT NECTAR
Gula Melts Coconut Nectar is made from the Malaysian coconut palm. The sap from the budding flower blossom is boiled before the liquid ferments until it thickens, leaving a sticky nectar with a distinctive taste.
With its unique flavour, the nectar from the coconut is the most aromatic and sought after of all the palm and natural sugars.

The nectar of the Borneo coconut is distinguished by a rich brown and a heavenly, fruity-caramel scent. Being a natural, unrefined nectar, the aroma differs as a result of the soil, moisture, temperature, and many other natural variations. No two harvests will taste exactly alike.
