GULA MELTS – BRINGING COCONUT NECTAR TO THE WORLD

Gula Melts was created with the intention of bringing the best aromatic coconut nectar to the most discerning of connoisseurs. Using only the finest ingredients, we offer high-quality products in their purest form.

Everything we do is in the time-honoured and traditional ways.  We do not refine our nectars, but boil the sap of the coconut flower to produce a sugar bursting with nutrients and minerals – and flavour. The result is a coconut nectar of unparalleled quality, aroma and taste.  

 

WHAT IS COCONUT NECTAR

Gula Melts Coconut Nectar is made from the Malaysian coconut palm. The sap from the budding flower blossom is boiled before the liquid ferments until it thickens, leaving a sticky nectar with a distinctive taste. 

With its unique flavour, the nectar from the coconut is the most aromatic and sought after of all the palm and natural sugars.  

SUSTAINABLY HARVESTED FROM THE RAINFORESTS OF BORNEO

The nectar of the Borneo coconut is distinguished by a rich brown and a heavenly, fruity-caramel scent. Being a natural, unrefined nectar, the aroma differs as a result of the soil, moisture, temperature, and many other natural variations. No two harvests will taste exactly alike.
