Make your own superfood overnight oats for breakfast with this convenient recipe bundle. Guaranteed to get you out of bed every morning and feel full & focused all day.
In under 5 minutes, you can make a power meal bursting with fibre, protein, complex carbohydrates, good fats and rich anti-oxidants!
Each DIY kit can make up to 10 overnight oats servings and contains:
- 1 Mason Jar (440 ml)
- 5 x 40g Granola Snack Packs (Blueberry Goji, Hazelnut Blackforest, Banana Bread, Salted Gula Melaka, Matcha Green Tea)
- Traditional Steel-Cut Oats (250 g)
- Power Nut & Seed Mix: Almonds, Cashews, Pumpkin Seeds (100 g)
- Fabulous Fruit Mix: Blueberries, Cranberries, Mulberries (100 g)
Instructions to make 1 serving (1 jar):
- ½ cup of Wholesome Rolled Oats
- ⅔ cup of milk (substitute with soy, coconut or almond milk if you like!)
- 2 ½ Tablespoons of Fabulous Fruit Mix
- 2 ½ Tablespoons of Power Nut Mix
- ½ pack of 40g Amazin’ Granola
- In the jar, mix rolled oats with milk. Stir until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the jar for a minimum of 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Top with Fabulous Fruit Mix, Power Nut Mix and Amazin’ Granola for that added crunch!
- Add your favourite fruits for more nutrients & flavour
- Replace milk with yoghurt for a thicker texture
